Thursday, December 31, 2009 - Degorged 2007 the bottle survived for some reason 2 previous New Year parties, but not the last one, no formal notes taken. Light goldish-straw with average to small bubbles. Rather restrained nose, slightly yeasty with some red fruit and citrus, pleasant, but not really too expressive. Medium full, just enough acidity, some butteriness on the palate without loosing freshness, good minerality. Good lemony aftertaste. I think, this was pretty good for NV, but having read some very positive reviews I expected something a bit more interesting.
