Friday, April 8, 2011 - Light yellow color with powerful bubbles in the glass. Tons of yeasty, toasty bread notes on the nose along with some apple and citrus coming through as well. More of the same on the palate with toast and apple and pear flavors primarily showing. The bubbles were super fine and really delicate and just immediately cleansed your palate as you drank. Very clean with a long finish. Spectacular NV champagne for the money.
