Sunday, February 12, 2012 - Served this last night to guests. Based on memory, excellent nose of ripe pear and bread. Very elegant mid palate that surprisingly included some lactic acid flavors and a long finish that included grapefruit rind. One of the better NV big house champagnes I've had recently.
