Saturday, December 29, 2012 - Really a nice dry sparkler. Again the mineral base is dominant, with just a bit showing through. Light orchard fruit and toasty bread. Good mousse, but I think this needs a few years in the cellar to show at its best. Lots of upside, just not for this New Years celebration.

2/14/2013 6:18:00 PM - This was from a large in store tasting, but I can tell you that it was on a bottle with the newest labels. I had looked through the champagne section the day before and their were 2 styles of labels for the monopole. This was the one with a silver-ish sheen on the label. Sorry I did not have access to the cork to see what the digits were. Maybe this will help, maybe it will not.
