This bottle has been sitting quietly in the space beneath the stairs for the last 3 years. People more knowledgable than I have always suggested leaving a CH to sit quietly for a few years before drinking.

C -med(+) gold in intensity, very fine and delicate beads
N - med (-) intensity, butter, citrus, pear, melon
P- fresh with high acidity and med (+) body, integrated alcohol. plenty of pear, ripe apples, citrus, marmalade, butter and chalk. Long length.

Very nice and fantastic QPR if you have the space and patience to leave the bottles alone for a few years.
