Thursday, July 17, 2014 - (Extra cellaring approx 2-3 years. Degorged 2011.)
Yellow color with alot of fine bubbles.
Lots of minerals and sulphur on the nose and with a creamy palate of ripe apples and a wonderful lemon bitterness in the finish. Very nice bottle showing good complexity.

Perfect with grilled fish.
