Wednesday, December 24, 2014 - Medium gold with a fine mousse. Meyer lemons, yeast, and stone fruits on the nose. Medium-bodied, with notes of lemon curd, brioche, and slate on the palate. Nice acidity. This is now my go-to MV champagne (when I can't drink Krug, of course). Terrific.
