Tuesday, August 4, 2015 - Drunk on a flight from NZ to HK, nose of buttered apples, stone fruit and fresh yeast. Palate with crisp but rounding more apple character, butter on toast, caramel. It was rich and still very young. Tasty on the plane, this batch could use a little more time in the bottle.
