Friday, January 1, 2016 - 2015 disgorgement. opened NYE and re-corked/sealed after pouring a single glass. very nice on the second day and peaks as it approaches room temperature, after 45 - 60 minutes open. the strong lemon character on this wine really shines through; the acidity is very good and it has excellent structure. one of my favourite champagnes, this could go for quite some time if stored properly.
