Friday, April 8, 2016 - App: deep straw yellow
Aroma: yeast, honey, smoke with a nice touch of minerals.
Medium-bodied+ with excellent acidity and good weight .
Very good length.

Base wine from 2007. Laid in chalk cellars in 2008. Disgorged in 2015.
