Thursday, September 8, 2016 - Lemony spice. Yeast yes, but also teritary cinnamon and nutmeg. Bold bubble palate with overripe yellow stone fruit. High alcohol (perceived). The back of the palate strikes home, with fresh almond and marzipan, and black pepper. Makes your heart jump like poison!
