Saturday, October 15, 2016 - Small cork came out by itself. Delicate flavours of sweet dough, biscuity notes, fresh apples, a hint of lime and roasted coffee beans. Great mousse, creamy structure, powerful yet delicate, very fine acidity. Full flavoured, long aftertaste. '08 base, disgorged 2014.
