Saturday, August 19, 2017 - Always such a superb NV. The richness of Bollinger, with the elegance of Taittinger. Fresh citrus nose upfront with toasty oak and some bready characters, slight hint of smokiness but fruit is balanced but rich yeasty bread and lingering acidity to balance without being overly dry. Disgorged 2013. Charles can do no wrong
