Friday, October 13, 2017 - Great lively mousse, full bodied, small hints of yeast, citrus dominates, grape, yellow apples, a bit harsh. Would guess an older NV but this was based on 2011 and disgorged april 2017. Will continue to evolve with some cellar time. A beautiful vine.

10/14/2017 3:48:00 PM - Hi, when it sais ’laid in chalk cellars’ in 2011, it means that’s when it was bottled. The base year of the cuvée is from the year prior (2010 in that case).
