Sunday, February 25, 2018 - Perfect for make-your-own-sushi night. The power and finesse of this wine blew me away. I really enjoyed this bottle and will most certainly get some more. Gorgeous notes of pear, honeysuckle, and morning rain. Bright acidity and a lovely, stout body.
