Monday, March 19, 2018 - When this batch arrived, I was thrilled to find that it was the 2014 disgorgement based on the 2008 vintage.

As before this had a beautiful nose like a whole bakery with a nice toastiness on the palate. Dosage seemed to stick out a bit more than in the past but that may be due to the acidity being a bit less obvious with age. I've given a lot of thought to the score, but I think that it's justified.

This was much better at a warmer temperature.
