Monday, December 10, 2018 - Base 2010. Mise en cave 2011. Dégorgement 2018. Very nice with a lot of roasted aromas like bread and coffee. A profund acidity that overshadowed the rest for quite a while. I put away a glass for three hours in a cold room and then the wine really bloomed! Good now but will wait until 2020 before I open the next bottle from this batch.
