Sunday, May 26, 2019 - MDW BBQ (Chicago, IL): Laid in chalk cellars in 2011, 2018 disgorgement. I was a little disappointed at how this was showing -- it seemed a little leaner and less integrated than some of the other bottles of this that I've had. There's a slight herbal element that feels a bit out of place here as well.
