Friday, July 19, 2019 - mise en cave 2008, degorgement 2013. Superb NV champagne (2007 based with 40% reserve wines). This champagne sets a new benchmark in so called "NV" whereas this actually is a multi-vintage. Golden yellow in the baloon, wonderful scents and consistent palate with straight minerality coupled with elegant boulangerie and smoothed acidity. Finesse and purity makes this champagne at the top of base champagne as per my experience. Sixty mos sur lies are evident and well represent the exclusivity of this cuvee. In a fresh evening at Chiavari finally smiling thru the next twelve days
