Wednesday, September 25, 2019 - 1989 Bordeaux (Yan's China Bistro, Walnut Creek, Ca.): Nose of spring flowers, citrus, and a touch of brioche, same on the palate, medium/big body, very tasty, almost crisp, elegant, showed added dosage, lovely mousse, tiny bubbles, and medium finish, easily the best bottle ever tasted.
