Saturday, January 4, 2020 - Base vintage 2012 (mis en crayeres 2013). Disgorged 2018 (5 years on lees). Notes from memory.
Nose: Biscuit, nuts (hazel?). Not so much in terms of fruit. Feels muted.
Mouth: Very high acidity. Excellent mousse.
I am guessing this needs air and/or time, but it was certainly enjoyable now.
