Friday, September 25, 2020 - Blended evenly between Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier with 40% reserve wine made from an even blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with an average age of ten years. Laid in chalk: 2017. Laid in chalk: 2013. Disgorged: 2018.

Medium gold with evolved aromas of warm, freshly baked white bread, green apple, grapefruit, white peach, toasted almonds, freshly baked biscuits, and white flowers. The palate is crisp and more youthful than the nose, with real drive and precision, a steely minerality, wonderful texture and richness, great acidity, well integrated dosage, and just a hint of bitterness. Outstanding Champagne.
