Thursday, October 15, 2020 - Laid in chalk cellars in 2015, disgorged in 2019.
Far, far too young to be enjoyed-- no surprise there. This has a generous nose of succulent orchard fruits, fresh honey, brioche, French vanilla, and toffee. Unfortunately, the palate completely underwhelms with its one-dimensional profile. It's rich, ripe, and has a bitter finish. Definitely drinks like an entry level Champagne.
