Saturday, January 16, 2021 - 2008 base.

After a couple of weaker bottles this is singing again. Lots of yeast and lemon along with toffee, nuts and hints of smoke. On the palate still good mousse and fresh acidity. Lots of chalk and some iodine. Medium+ lenght. A real treat!
