Thursday, February 18, 2021 - This is delicious stuff - and likely to improve with additional cellar time. Very clean and pure nose, with mostly brioche notes and some citrus. Lovely minerality on the palate, which otherwise follows the nose. Lovely mouthfeel too. Will revisit in 2-3 yrs.
