Likes this wine:

Thursday, December 31, 2020 - Straw color. On the nose, yeasty/bready and wet stone - a bit of a steely character, lime, small tart berries. The wine was a bit muted on the nose. On the palate, high acidity, medium plus body, lees, feels like this likely had some malo fermentation, stone, zesty, flinty, underripe red berries, brioche, and ripe red apples. Overall, this is an excellent NV champagne.
