Friday, June 3, 2022 - Friday evening on the porch with cheese and crackers, this has a wonderful nose of marzipan, yeast and toast that lasted throughout the half bottle we got through, corking it for the next day. Fine, persistent effervescence, the wine stayed consistent and did not fade. Very enjoyable NV I would buy more of.
