Thursday, April 18, 2024 - Pale straw, aromas of lemon pith, beeswax, restraint in petrole. Ultra-dry, fine lacey acidity, 11% abv, medium body. Crystalline, tight palate, lemon, star fruit, kumquat, apple, slight salinity. Defined, precise with expanding finish.
Will be interesting to see how it develops.
