Monday, April 24, 2023 - Vertical at Château de Rayne-Vigneau (sur place): Slightly cloudy barrel sample also tasted at the Chateau. A little muted although spicy on the nose. Plenty of midpalate interest. Good density and less exuberantly sweet than the 2019. Unsurprisingly very primary. Perhaps pineapple on aftertaste but not too obvious.
