Sunday, March 3, 2024 - Organic & biodynamic. There are 30g of residual sugar in this particular cuvée but it is offset very nicely by the acidity. That being said, for someone like me who likes their wines bone dry, it was a bit much for my personal preferences. However, the aromas and flavors were honestly so enjoyable that I did find myself sipping at it more than I would have for pretty much any other moelleux wine. The finish is incredibly long and delicious!

CONCLUSIONS:
Quality level: very good
Potential for ageing: can drink now, but has good potential for further ageing
