Sunday, March 2, 2014 - Beautiful color, fruit and vitality. Showed red fruit, blood, spicy cedar, citrus and a bit of baked clay on the nose and palate. Closed up a bit and started to dry out on the finish a little after 45 minutes or so, but opened up and smoothed out another hour or so after that. Medium bodied with nice acid levels. A lovely showing, though maybe a tad less complete than a bottle tried last summer. Low A-.
