Friday, November 10, 2023 - Friday evening in diessenhofen. Medium purple color. Pairing it with steak, parmesan and rucola. Red cherries, vanilla, smoke, black pepper on the nose. Med acidity, med body, med alcohol, med flavor intensity, dry tannins, med finish. Beautiful cherries, super clean fruit, smoke, green capsicum, cream, espresso and chocolate. This is already rather magnificent. Rather excellent 👌
