Saturday, February 22, 2020 - Decant does the trick. Fully mature and fully enjoyable. The initial bitter notes almost blew off - remains a fully resolved gentle Pauillac. No clue how far it is from its peak, but it certainly plateaued gently and is absolutely a treat for aged bordeaux lovers.
