Wednesday, June 14, 2023 - Howard Ripley '22 German EP tasting: So luxurious and fresh. Lusciously sweet but spicy and clean, killer acidity tightens everything up and it finishes with a zing.

6/16/2023 1:20:00 AM - Thanks for the notes - think we're mostly in agreement. Did you not taste the Haag Kab and Spat? They were probably my two favourite wines. Sad to see both in the mixed cases (= potentially less available for me).

6/16/2023 1:25:00 AM - I think I tasted everything, but only scribbled notes on the wines which really stuck out (be that positively or negatively). I'd like to go back and try the Juffer Kabi, especially having tried the '12 on the same day
