Thursday, December 14, 2017 - Cherry red in color. Red fruits on the nose, strawberries and cherries. Bright on the palate. Resonant of the nose. Still quite primal but with sappy notes. The oak is well integrated. It's got enough fruit and acidity to sustain it. The tannins are still perceivable, dusty, giving it some rusticity. It needs a little time to polish but this will be fantastic in 2 to 3 years and will last for another 10 easily.
