Tuesday, January 22, 2013 - Medium garnet colored. Very intense aroma full of red fruits, floral, soil, earth, mineral plus some notes of dark fruits & oak vanilla in the back, very complex & beautiful. Medium body & tannins, very refined structure and texture. You can almost feel the terroir, that's the beauty of Burgundy. Medium to long finish. Great wine! Pair with John Coltrane's My Favorite Things, lovely.
