Friday, September 8, 2023 - Enomatic madness (Enoteca Regionale del Barolo): Floral, aromatic and perfumed with red apple, strawberry notes. Overall a very pretty but low-key impression. Juicy, quite lightweight on the palate with fine tannins. Lacking cojones.
