Thursday, September 23, 2010 - Infanticide. This wine is beautiful, but way too young. We opened it and immediately put the cork back in and waited until the next day, when the wine showed its stuff, but was still tight. Beautiful fruit, good grip, acidity and length. Medium complexity, but that may change as the wine evolves. If you can, hold off for a few years. If not, decant and wait a minimum of 6 hours.
