Saturday, August 19, 2023 - This is a great village level Sancerre. It has an expressive nose and lots of fruit on the palate, including ripe gooseberries and citrus. It is very round and full with a long finish. Nice minerality and some chalkiness. Very taut, ripe structure and high acidity with ripe fruit. But it is 14% alcohol!
