Wednesday, June 14, 2023 - Howard Ripley '22 German EP tasting: Excellent. Grilled smoky pineapple, lime and hibiscus. Some savoury depth to the palate and ample acidity. Chewy, long finish. It's clean, fresh and balanced - all the elements in harmony already. Wine of the tasting for me.
