Sunday, April 21, 2024 - I have not tasted much Roussanne. Chilled at first, but opened the bottle and warmed a bit before dinner. Nose of candied lemon, honey, wax and some apricot on the nose. Balanced on the palate, with medium ++ acidity, but good mid-palate richness and a very long finish. Paired with grilled tilapia. I would order more if I could!
