Sunday, January 27, 2008 - Initially, very dry - selected a poor glass to capture the aromas. Wonderful color - deep golden lemon hay. After opening up, lots of minerals on the nose, pear and lemon zest. Slightly spritzy on the finish. Still dry, but has a round body and very good mouthfeel. Has character.
