Monday, October 2, 2023 - On the nose: very distinct blue or goat cheese note.
Color: pale yellow green, like a thinned out yellow chartreuse
Palate: Fruity melon apricot, lychee with pith at the end. Some residual sugar.
Paired with spicy goat biryani leftovers, it was indeed a good match. Worth a rebuy.
