Saturday, November 30, 2019 - Needed some air for an hour or so to really start to open up. Subtle and complex nose: earth, tar, mushroom, dried fruits. Remarkable amount of acidity well integrated. Palate was earth notes, a bit of sweetness amidst the acidity. After a couple hours tannins at the end started to show more strongly. A real beauty at 49 years.
