Thursday, July 16, 2020 - Surprising tasting tonight. The last bottle I drank of this wine tasted so past its prime. Tonight I tasted a well balanced and structured wine that’s mature to drink now? Both bottles were cellared the same way. Full-bodied, bold flavors of ripe dark berries, with the right level of sweetness. Chewy texture that coats my tongue, keeping my mouth moving long after I swallow. Amazing finish.
