Tuesday, April 23, 2013 - Quick TN. Popped and poured. Not corked like the bottle opened a few weeks ago, which is a relief. Nose has the RM tell-tale orange rind which I love for its uniqueness. Drinking very well and I don't know if this will improve with more time. Red fruits - rasberryish with some light secondary pinot 5 spice notes. The citrusy acidity is there, but in the background giving it lift. Great pairing with "beer can" chicken with a lemon/garlic salt/ginger rub.
