Sunday, September 6, 2009 - Opened not decanted. Took to the Wood Tavern in Oakland. This needs about 1 hour of decanting. Still showing very youthful characteristics and needs time to breathe and / or a little more bottle age. Tight and taunt with sweet black fruit on the palate with some cinnamon and citrus; ends with a semi dry finish. Needs to plump out more. Good to Very Good right now.
