Thursday, November 4, 2021 - Opened and poured. Some bricking to edge but very dark ruby. Bruised strawberry, plum and blackberry on the nose. Roasted toasty oak notes as well. On the palate, a fresher tart, acidic burst. We have some sweetness, but not too overpowering. Red cherry, tart strawberry, and a citric note.
