Thursday, October 5, 2023 - Part of my daily drinker research project. This is a fairly simple Syrah. Lighter on the body. Not much going on. Vanilla notes on the nose. Palate is simple, but no off putting flavors. Minimal structure. Fairly balanced between acidity and heat. Blackberry, mocha notes. Priced well.
