Wednesday, October 27, 2021 - Opened a couple of hours early and the air helped the fruit to come forward to balance the dustiness and leather elements. It had great medium plus body and as always a lot of acidity iso it felt clean even after a 30+ seconds finish. It still seemed young so I think this has 5 years of improvement and will go 10 more years in my estimation.
